Artist Description:
Violent J is one of the two artists from the Insane Clown Posse, I chose to model him for the Zbrushhangout.com Challenge and won 1st price in the challenge! I first sculpted the base mesh in Zbrush and did a retop in 3DsMax. After the retop I continued sculpting and adding details to him. Finally rendered everything in Max using Vray and did some final tweaking in Photoshop.

I gotta say that this really is amazing work! The end result is McFarlane worthy fer shure!

Unpainted and finished, it really doesn’t look like Bruce at all. He’s a “big guy” but his belly’s a bit low and ….
