Tech N9ne recently sat down with Montreality for an interview. In this interview Tech discusses his upcoming EP “Therapy”, his 14th studio album “Special Effects”, his favorite childhood toy and more. You can check out this video interview and a article XXL.com posted about this below.

Tech N9ne stopped to speak with Montreality during a recent tour stop in Canada, and—as many of his peers have been in the past ten days since it dropped—was asked for his response to Kendrick Lamar’s massive “Control” verse.
“My reaction was, ’Yeah! Wake these motherfuckers up!’” he said in the video. “Everybody’s so lazy, man. My bars are always raised, on every album…[I’m] always pushing my peers to go harder when they do a song with me. So for Kendrick to take it a step further, say names and shit, it’s really waking niggas up. And if anybody got a problem with my lil homie, I got his back.”
Tech also spoke on his upcoming rock project, Therapy, which comes out November 5. The seven-song EP is nearly complete, with one more song left to record, after which he’ll start work on his next album Special Effects. “[Special Effects] is gonna have to be some Terminator shit, we’ll see,” he said.

This is why I cant get hyped for Tech albums. He releases too many to fast. Special Effects will prolly come out next year. After all the constant releases drom Tech and Strange, Im really get bored witth them, especially Tech.

if you dont like it dont listen. in saying that, im almost finished listening to son of sam. not a big fan. but perhaps that becasue im in a sour mood today.

@Ryan Johnson.We are talking about Tech release 2-3 different albums are year, not 4-5 different versions of just one album. Tech releases an LP, then hurries up and rush out 2 or 3 EP’s, and then already starts recording his next LP. I like Tech, but Im starting to get burned out on his music.

ICP actually take their time and make good albums. Tech makes a shitload of sub-par albums and EP’s.

ummm, he released 3 eps last year, which totals 1 album. and this year he has 1 album and one ep. you make it sound like he is dropping 3 – 4 full lengths lps a year. and icps new shit IS subpar.

@Mr.Bitches, that Underground Choppers Track would be sick! And yeah Strange needs to slow it down on the Releases for real. Best Strange album this year so far is Wrekonize for sure. Something Else fell off at the Wiz Khalifa track, the end of Something else was good though with Strange Dayz.
