So just now, I received a message saying that underground rapper Dalima, best known for working with Tech N9ne, has been arrested for 1st degree murder. There was no dead body though. The details of an eye-witness report greatly differ than what is being reported in the mainstream media. Here is the message that was sent to me including some links to some articles.

EYEWITNESS REPORT: a concerned citizen that wishes to remain anonymous due to not wanting to be involved in the process of the ongoing investigation concerning the shooting that happened June 28th 2013 at the Howard Johnson Motel in Salina Ks has concerns about the article that was published in the Salina Journal concerning the investigation in this matter. Why the victim isn’t being investigated as well for the events leading up to the the incident is unknown.
Several witnesses that who were staying at the motel had heard woman being physically abused, screaming for help several times. While several people went to the front desk to get help from the night clerk concerning the woman’s screams during the commotion, the front desk clerk placed a hand gun on the counter in plain view while saying “Go to your Fucking room and mind your own fucking business or I will shoot you you fucking n***er.” During the commotion, everyone heard a loud noise that got their attention. It sounded like a firecracker. Everyone scattered in their own directions while the victim was screaming ” I got shot! I got Shot!”
My concern is that the incident happened shortly after 3 am and the Salina PD didn’t show up till around 4:30 am. If the victim’s injury was that serious, then why weren’t the police contacted sooner? From my understanding, the shooter was going to defend the lady that was being assaulted. Instead of making the shooter out to be a psycho hoodlum who shot a random person, we should praise him as he was doing an act of kindness. If he hadn’t intervened, this situation could have been even more severe. Where is the crime in coming to a battered woman’s defense? Maybe if the night desk clerk had done his job and called the authorities right away, the shooting could have been prevented altogether.
I would like to think that I’m not the only citizen concerned about this whole matter. Maybe those of you reading this should stop and think: What if you were the woman being abused? What if that was your daughter or granddaughter? What if that was you whom had stumbled across this matter? How would you have reacted? who is to say that this shooter hasn’t had a mother or sister abused and is traumatized from that? You never know what a person’s background is, and how that effects their decisions…. Just something to think about.
I hope that me coming out with this information will be further looked into.

I don’t understand how somebody can be held for a crime that wasn’t even committed. Hopefully all that can be worked out. Thanks to Dmize for the info.

There is WAY too many gaps of information and detail in this “eyewitness report” to the point that I still don’t get how this other guy getting shot ties into or has anything to do with this woman being beaten and somebody rescuing her? Regardless of the situation and extremely opinionated pleadings in the report, I get it and yes trying to help that woman was the right thing to do, however it seems like maybe the clerk knew what was going on, and maybe the police did as well. He could of interfered with a Federal sting for all we know and that’s why he’s locked up, or it could of been an illegal ring the feds were involved with (it’s public knowledge that our FBI knows of and assists kidnapping and prostitution rings to selectively arrest/indite at their choosing). Whether or not somebody was called a nigger during all of this should be the last thing anybody is concerned with, and if anybody really wants to do something about this, getting the clerk and perhaps dispatch officer prosecuted would be the way to go, but that’s a whole shit load of $.$$ I doubt any of these dudes have. Focus on getting the homie out of custody first and foremost, then proceed from there. Shitty situation all around, but that report doesn’t add any validity especially with the excessive jumping around and gaps of information not provided.

I can vouch for RAM. It was sent into our contact mailer. I fixed a lot of it so it made more sense though. Holy fuck though…I hope if the witness report is true that it gets looked into and resolved quickly.

Yeah, it was sent to me on Facebook. I copied & posted the message as it was sent because I couldn’t find any article, but I knew it was really Dalima because of the mugshot & info. This is all the info I could find at the time of the situation.
