Island Earth Music is releasing a compilation album titled “Close Encounters”! This album will  feature new music from Villebillies, Elephant Room, Bass Drum Aliens, Josh Woods, T-Razor, Iron Bells and Underrated of Potluck!

The release date is June 11, 2013. You can pre-order physical copies of “Close Encounters” at Island Earth Music or the digital versions at Island Earth Music Bandcamp. If you go to their BandCamp site you can stream one track from the album.

Also, there will be a CD release party for “Close Encounters” thats being held at Diamonds (630 Barret Ave Louisville, KY 40204) on June 8th were a limited number of hard copies will be on hand.

Island Earth Music Announces the Release of their Compilation Album Titled
“Close Encounters”
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 5-30-2013

Louisville, Kentucky – Close Encounters is a new release from Island Earth Music featuring brand new music from Villebillies, Elephant Room, Bass Drum Aliens, Josh Woods, Iron Bells, and more.

The album was an attempt to broadcast the labels diverse range of sounds to create an interesting take on the musical genres of today. It provided a creative outlet for the artist’s as well as a chance to collaborate outside of their groups/bands. The Island Earth family collectively demonstrates the ability to create well written, catchy songs while maintaining their integrity and individuality. It encompasses everything from party worthy tracks to heartfelt
emotion.

A CD release party for Close Encounters will be held at Diamonds (630 Barret Ave Louisville, KY 40204) on June 8th were a limited number of hard copies will be on hand. The album will be available on all other outlets Tuesday, June 11th
