The song was recorded during the sessions for Big B’s new album, but failed to make the final album cut. Big B’s new album “Fool’s Gold” is scheduled for a July 9th release on Suburban Noize Records and is available for pre-order online at http://goo.gl/eCWu3.
“When we finished recording ‘Fool’s Gold’, I had all these left over tracks that didn’t fit in anywhere on the album, but they were still great songs. I wanted let fans hear the tracks that didn’t make the cut, as a thank you for all their support over the years,” said Big B. “This album is just me growing up a little bit musically. I think I’ve evolved as an artist, and I know every album has been different, but I think people are starting to finally see it.”
Big B’s new album “Fool’s Gold” features musical collaborations with Slightly Stoopid, The Dirty Heads, and members of legendary punk outfits NOFX and Pennywise. The end result is a collection of songs that are just as contagious as Big B’s thuggish charm. With the entire music industry focused on finding the next huge star on reality television, Big B has taken a back-to-basics approach on “Fool’s Gold” and filled it with fun spirited songs that can fit into any music lover’s playlist. The album is rich is musical diversity and is cleverly inventive, as Big B seamlessly bridges the gap between rock, hip-hop, and alternative. The video for the track “Here Comes The Lightning”, which was co-written by Pink and producer Butch Walker, can be seen online at http://vevo.ly/17lwV4S.
Fans can catch Big B on tour this summer with The Dirty Heads and The Expendables on the Cabin By The Sea Tour throughout June and July.

I would be interested to see how Big B would do on Strange, with Kutt Calhoun, and Big Scoob. I think even if that wuz a collab that would be the shit, maybe even add The Dayton Family (Bootleg, Shoestring, Backstabba), and Drive-By (Anybody Killa & Blaze Ya Dead Homie) in that mix, that would be a definite bangin track, no doubt about it.
