Cool Nutz joins the Summer of Strange Tour!

The Summer of Strange tour, which is being headlined by Krizz Kaliko, is starting up just 3 weeks from today!  If you have heard anything about the tour, you probably already know that Stevie Stone and ¡MAYDAY! will be sharing the state with Big Krizz.  We just received a press release from Suburban Noize though that their artist, Portland native Cool Nutz will be joining the entire tour too! It all starts up on June 18th, and you can find out more about Cool Nutz, and the entire Summer of Strange tour here:

Cool Nutz Added To Krizz Kaliko’s Summer Of Strange Tour With Mayday! and Stevie Stone

Cool Nutz has been added to Krizz Kaliko’s upcoming Summer Of Strange headlining tour featuring Mayday and Stevie Stone. Cool Nutz is currently working on a new studio album for release through Suburban Noize Records later this year.

“I’m looking forward to be getting back on the road with my good friend Krizz Kaliko and performing for all the Strange Music fans on this tour. This tour has a wealth of different styles of hip-hop on it, and there is a little something for everybody,” said Cool Nutz. “I will be touring in support of my new mixtape ‘Bars’ and plan on giving the fans an amazing show of new material mixed with some classic joints. I’m looking forward to getting out on the road and rocking the crowds every night.”

With close to 20 years of service to hip-hop culture Cool Nutz (aka Terrance Scott) has been a class act, diplomat, pioneer and voice for the Northwest scene. Cool Nutz independent grind has saw him drop nine studio albums and collaborate with industry heavyweights E-40, BG, Tech N9ne, Kurupt, Bosko, Mac Dre, and countless others.
Cool Nutz relentless work ethic earned him major label deals with both Atlantic and Universal Records, and eventually take his future into his own hands by starting his own highly successful label Jus Family Records. As his career was on the rise, Cool Nutz has always given back just as much as he took from the hip-hop scene by co-founding The Portland Oregon Hip-Hop Festival (now 12 years running), and hosting The Northwest Breakout radio show on Clear Channel’s Wild 107.5. While most rappers are looking to put themselves on the map, Cool Nutz has worked tirelessly to give Portland and the Northwest scene a voice.

Cool Nutz recently released a video for the track “Introduction” online here:

The track is the latest single from Cool Nutz’s new mixtape “Bars”, which features appearances from Bosko, Maniac Lok, Arjay, and Nightclubberland (aka Karim).
