• Who told PA folks to get refunds from the rescheduled show from me? I never got any money, so why the hell would I refund it?

The tour’s bookers, MotownHustlin Productions ([email protected]), have also released this statement:

Due to a breakdown we were forced to miss the original Pittsburgh show date. We rescheduled the event for a later date. Promoter told fans if they couldnt attend the make-up date that their company would not issue any refunds what so ever and to personally ask Boondox for refunds rather than the persons they purchased tickets from. We had and have every intention of making up the show to the fans. We have been harrassed, lied to, and attacked verbally by this company, which forces us to find a different promoter or company to host this event. We are truly sorry to the fans and opening acts had to suffer any from any of this matter. We will gladly keep everyone updated on this matter, as well as when & where the make-up date will take place.

Finally, the promotions company, VOID Promotions, had this to say regarding refunds and future shows as of late Sunday afternoon:

I will announce how the refunds will be taken care of tomorrow at 7pm est. for the Boondox show that is now canceled. 1 of 2 things are going to happen. 1: You will all get partial refunds and discounts to a couple VOID shows. 2: We have a law suit filed against us and we can only offer you discounted tickets to up to 5 VOID shows. KEEP YOUR SEPTEMBER 8TH TICKETS YOU WILL NEED THEM!!!!

So where will this mess end up?  There’s really no telling, but it looks like some progress is happening.  We’ll keep updating this post as soon as we hear more.
