This sad message is from Patrick Cochrun’s (aka Pakelika) mother. Patrick died Saturday afternoon after suffering a severe asthma attack early Friday morning that triggered a series of deadly heart attacks. He was surrounded by many friends and his family. I know that he loved what he did and he loved his friends and family. He was so grateful that he could do what he loved to do and that your appreciation, love, and support all these years meant everything to him.
No matter what he did – music, videos, Power Rangers Tour, Kottonmouth Kings, movies, television, Middle Class Casualties, painting – he poured his heart and soul into it. He loved what he did.His family wants you to celebrate him! His message to you all is:
Do what you love; give it everything you’ve got; cherish your family and friends; deal publicly with life’s disappointment with grace; and know when your give love you get it back.I’ll post more information about honoring Pakelika (Patrick Wesley Cochrun) in a tangible way with addresses of asthma resource facilities and/or a charity that supports the arts in a few days.
