O.K., for those who didn’t know, Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe is locked up in the fuckin Czech Republic, & a bunch of bands got together to hold a benefit to raise money to help him get out. GWAR lead singer & frontman Oderus Urungus (real name Dave Brockie) was suppose to be the host of the show, but unfortunately can’t make it do to a previous commitment with the TV show  Hollister. DAVE BROCKIE Pulls Out Of Randy Blythe Benefit

Dave Brockie (GWAR, The Dave Brockie Experience) has had to cancel his hosting duties for the upcoming Randy Blythe benefit show which is to be held on August 31. A statement was issued for co-host Eve Alleyne stating “SORRY to have to tell everyone Dave Brockie will not be able to attend The show due to his recording if the Tv series Hollister ! He is really bummed out and wishes he could be here to support his very close friend Randy ! We all support you Dave in your adventures ! And we will make sure this show rocks there faces off !! xoxox and FREE RANDY !!”

Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe was arrested on June 27th in Prague, Czech Republic from a 2010 incident at a show where a fan died nearly a month later.
