ICP reference in Marvel’s “Civil War 2: Choosing Sides 6” comic book

Marvel Comics has a series out called Civil War 2. In their most recent issue, called “Choosing Sides 6”, there’s a quick ICP reference in the form of a Mighty Death Pop CD sitting on a table with various other stuff.  I don’t have the comic myself, but a Juggalo named Devon shot us a few pics from his phones so you can check it out.

You can see the cover below:

The shots we were sent weren’t all that big, but you get the drift:

Here’s a bit of a closer look at the frame with the Death Pop art on the wall:

dont think thats a wall, but rather a table that appeared suddenly in the… desert?… if thats where they are supposed to be.
or maybe its meant to be the trunk lid.

Civil war 2 in Marvel comics is over a Juggalo. Heres hoping that march in DC doesnt turn into Civil War 2 over Juggalos. That aside, Marvel’s been on top of their ICP reference game lately.

Yeah Scruffy, you’re right. I modified the original post to reflect that. I saw the tablet on the table and thought it was a TV on the wall. lol.

Actually everything you see in the close up, are contents of a cardboard box. The box is just a bunch of random stuff that belongs to Ulysses, the juggalo Inhuman that the whole Civil War II event is about. The belongings are being showed to Jessica Jones by a police officer, as she was hired by Iron Man to investigate Ulysses’s past. So it is indeed a Mighty Death Pop CD in the shot.

And to Scruffy, the artwork is done in the vein of the now legendary Jessica Jones series AXIS because it is a Jessica Jones side story in Civil War II. So the artwork is intentionally like that. Just throwing that out there, much love to all.
