Psychopathic Records Catalog Soon to Be Available Digitally on Hatchet Gear

Psychopathic Records announced in tonight’s Hatchet Herald that they will be releasing ALMOST all of their discography digitally on Hatchet Gear. There was not a lot of information released as of this post.

All we do know is, Mean Dean is hard at work trying to get everything set up. So, soon under media on Hatchet Gear it will have a new category called Digital Download. You can read everything that was announced below.

Did you lose that copy of “Dog Beats” from way back in the day? Did your homie steal your copy of Jumpsteady’s “The Chaos Theory?” Have you never heard Psychopathic throwbacks like Myzery’s “Para La Isla” or the notorious “Tales From the Lotus Pod?” Well, you’ll soon get your chance to hear that rare flavor again because soon you will be able to purchase almost the entire Psychopathic catalog via digital download at Hatchet Gear! Our computer ninja Mean Dean is working furiously to upload our back catalog and right now, he’s working his way through the ICP library. Soon, we’ll have almost every major Psychopathic release available for digital purchase…at a cheaper price than iTunes or any of those other big ass corporate online sites. Click under the ‘Media’ section of Hatchet Gear and you will see the new Digital Download category. Plug in that smartphone or iPod and start downloading, baby!

Sounds fresh. I wonder if they will have Born Dead, Blaze Ya Dead Homie EP and some other hard to find shit, or just artists that are currently on the label that have released albums in previous years. Still fresh tho and cant wait to see what pops up on there.

    this is an experiment.
if sales are high enough, they will stop selling physical media.

I don’t think they would stop doing physical media. J has always been really vocal on how much he likes doing the CD package with inserts and such.
