Psychopathic announces new entity: Big Hoodoo coming July 2013!

It’s been a long period of speculation Juggalos, but just a few moments ago Psychopathic Records released a short promo video revealing the identity of the new “entity” they have been hinting towards. The video shows a dark mysterious figure walking under a street light, then he crosses the screen in a flash. They then reveal a logo bearing the words “Big Hoodoo.” After the logo disappears, is a quick image of a burning hat and a flash of one of the voodoo symbols Psychopathic had released previously to tie all the references in. They also announce he will be making his debut July 2nd, 2013!

You can watch the new promo video from Psychopathic Records below

I’m bummed that the new entity is Doe Dubbla. I’ve seen him live at several times and wasn’t impressed at all. The crowd wasn’t feeling it at all and at one show he started chanting “if you smoke crack then say hell yeah”. Seriously man…crack. Most of the crowd just looked at him like what the fuck, except for the few crack heads in the crowd. I agree he isn’t going to come close to filling Twiztid, Boondox, ect. shoes. I’ll give him a shot but I am very doubtful.

Cold 187 isnt that bad, I honestly think he’s better than Esham. But for as long as it has been said this new entity has been in the works, it better be goddamn good. Very rarely has PSY been able to find an act that will stay for more than a year or two. But I’m curious to hear, see, or whutever PSY has planned for July 2nd.

so it’s Dubbla as a different name? A new gimmick presented probably by Violent J? Not sure if I’m completely wrong here or not but I thought Dubbla had trademarked some big hoodoo or something? I mean, we all knew that big hoodoo was going to be a new psychopathic site for awhile now, remember the old post here on faygoluvers? So…Not sure if it really is Dubbla or not…either way, I think it could still be a big disapointment. I guess this is the reason I’ve been listening to Subnoize a lot more lately…rather listen to madchild and big b personally…but yeah…We’ll all have to just wait and see right? btw, i typically don’t listen to a full song on the main page here but I did check out Spirit of truth or whatever that guys name was and he’s pretty fresh gonna try to find more on him when I get home from work. MUCH LUV YALL

I think if PSY would have gotten The Jokerr, the label would have turned to shit. From whut I’ve heared from others is that The Jokerr is a bitch, and whines alot. Idk if thats true, but Im jus not a big fan of his, and think that PSY will be better if they find something that appeals to the fans, and not just the the people in PSY HQ. And supposedly The R.O.C. is on PSY now, idk I havent heared anything about him in a while. But while I was at the ICP show on 5/20/2013 the opening act before AMB was a group called Gritty. One of the guys in the group said to watch PSY outlets closley for the next few months, cuz he had a new single comin out on PSY, so this may be him, maybe its Dubbla. But if its the guy from Gritty, jus a heads up, this dude is chill as fuck, and puts on a good show, he is worth a chance on PSY.

Well so far the new acts signed to PSY in 2013 is: Drive-By (they returned to PSY but released their new album “Back On Da Block EP” on ABK’s Native World Inc. label, and the new Blaze single “Burn It Down was released on Grundy Ent., while ABK’s single “Don’t Let Go” was released on NWI) and Legz Diamond(Worked with ICP from ’95-early ’00’s before leaving PSY). Supposedly The R.O.C. was signed in 2012, taken from the liner notes from Prozak’s EP saying The R.O.C. appears courtesy of PSY, plus he did an interview stating that his new album “Digital Voodoo” was to be out in 2013. So Im guessin that in this upcoming Hatchet Herald or the next there will be some shit droppin about Big Hoodooo.
