Try this:
Stare at the center of this image for 45 seconds (Works best if the image fills most of your field of view. So zoom the page in or get close to the screen). Don’t move your eyes from the center. After the 45 seconds. Direct your eyes to something like a picture or look at a person that’s near you. What do you see now?
