The reason Warlock would pick a traditional music festival over the Gathering is that he has never been to one. Not to many people who understand what the Gathering is all about give a fuck about the line up, because it is non consequential. I suppose you have to go to understand.

I like how he plays off this Gathering because it has no Twiztid seminar. The seminars have been neutered since the 07 seminar drama. After they cut them back to one a year, they lost a lot of the punch they used to pack anyways. My point is this: Warlock isn't staying home because the line up. He is staying home because that's what he does every year. It doesn't matter if Twiztid had a seminar every day, Warlock would still be a home, watching from his computer.

That has to be the source of this ignorance. He has mistaken living vicariously for living life to the fullest, and that is a piss poor substitute for the real thing.

being out in the woods for 5 days with the fam!!! no cops..freedom for 5 days..sounds dope as fuck to me..plus all the different shit you can do there and performaces...its a no brainer..no other place in the world I would rather be..
