He’s not wrong, I guess… but horror core has become synonymous with just vulgar and offensive with no point to it other than rapping about gross imagery.  That’s why I don’t even call ICP horror core.  Twiztid, yes.  ICP, nah.  ICP is just ICP… it defines itself.

SickTanicK had said the same exact shit about horrorcore. He said horrorcore is dead like his mother and it died when people used shock with no meaning and claims that his music brings positivity to those who want to use it. He now claims that he is occult rap instead of horrorcore. To me it seems as though everyother horrorcore rapper invents a new label for their music as a self justification and way to make them feel different from the rest of the genre when they really aren’t. Which is why, if you see older threads, I claimed that I make shitcore. 

Now, I agree that ICP isn’t nearly as shocking as other acts and lately you can hardly consider them horrorcore at all. But they have made a song about killing children, they do talk about people getting mutilated and they did use Chris Benoit’s name for pure shock value. They are on the same level as artists like Mars and King Gordy and SickTanicK. People don’t want to accept this so they come with billshit justifications on why ICP is different from horrorcore as if you really need a reason to like the music.

In closing, wicked shit, horrorcore, murder rap, occult shit, cult shit, gore hop, death rap, devil shit, rip gut, shock rap and shit core are all the same thing just diffetent titles assholes use to make themselves feel special. I love that gorey shocking evil shit and I dont give a fuck, I dont need any bullshit explination or new title to justify my opinion to anybody.

the beat is so fuckin dope, and creepy.  when I was a little Sean Law, it gave me the creeps. I was afraid to go into the basements.

this was another great freddy song, but not as creepy.
