I think it’s funny when people talk about being in trouble or prison like it’s something to be proud of. Get medicated, son.

First off, let me point out that the two people talking the most shit about how they are talentless hacks are both aspiring rappers.
Dark Half are a lot more well known than any of us rappers so to call them talentless has to be bullshit. Shitty generic horrorcore does not succeed. They are succeeding. They have gained a fan base that keeps growing. I won’t be surprised if they get much bigger. Plus their shit is getting better and better. I am much more excited to hear new Dark Half, even though they haven’t announced anything yet, than I am to hear new ICP. And how are they posers? What are they posing as?
They are talented. Maybe not as technically or lyrically skilled as any of us, god no, but they have put out much more solid projects than anything I’ve heard from anybody on here.
As for the generic image thing, maybe with the contacts maybe, but I’ve never ever ever ever ever seen anybody use fresh wound joker smiles, hell the joker smile in it’s self, as their image. Never. The Joker get’s referenced A LOT in horrorcore, but never has anybody ever used the joker smile. But I guess that makes them unoriginal rip offs. So Twiztid are unoriginal rip off artists for dressing up like Batman and Robin, or Jason Voorhees and Micheal Myers. It’s totally not paying homage, it’s ripping people off.
Either way, point is, you don’t have to like the same shit, but don’t act is if your opinions are holier than though and don’t call people talentless that are garnering a fanbase with their talents.

him and me had breakfast with dark halfs management team, at the waffle. we paid for it.
that is the only thing about dark half that i can speak on with an informed opinion.
however, we all know that none of us cares if our opinions are informed or not, so i will say that dark half strikes me as a very standard juggalo act, doing very standard juggalo act-type stuff.
whatever music of theirs ive heard was evidently not impressive enough to take direct note of.
at least their management seemed like a couple all right cats. had em sign The Book, so, they werent assholes.

Scruffy, I didn’t mention it because I didn’t remember. They did seem like some cool dudes, but it was the gathering, and pretty much everyone seemed cool. I wouldn’t have even remembered they were management if you hadn’t have just said it.
that being said, if they’re making music and people like it, more power to them. I’ve never been the type to hate unless you’re trying to force the shit on me.
And djuggalo, that’s good. I wasn’t specifically referring to you, although I could see how the way I worded it made it seem so, what you said just reminded me of when I was working at best buy and the dude acted like going to prison for violent crimes was a badge of honor or something.
