That’s bullshit, do they even do parental consent? I know that in this state it’s okay if the parents have no problem with it.
It’s like, c’mon, we all know that we have seen atleast one 15/16 year old that made us think, “that ain’t no child”.
That’s a grey area cause they still kinda are children but not really.
