I have it. No cover art though. I think it should be OK to be shared on here since it isn’t commercially available (was it ever?), but I won’t until one of the mods says so. Also the content is really awful.

I have it too. Appears to be recorded around 2003 – 2004. It’s hard to tell if the content is meant to be satirical or serious. You’ll see what I mean when you hear the chorus of some of the tracks. Other than that it seems to be an album that was just made for close friends and fans of Q but got leaked.
