it, uh, dont really make the appearance of a ‘freestyle’, do it?  

It’s more of a free-verse than a freestyle but I’m a slimy, terrible person so I wrote freestyle in the hopes it would generate some kind of comments where people call me out and others defend me and thus gain more traffic to the video, it turns out no one really cares about what I do enough.

A guy on another site was telling me how much he liked it then he said It’s amazing that you freestyled that like I’m not blatantly reading off a phone while recording it. I knew the words off by heart before I recorded it cause I practised it a lot I didn’t even need the phone, i was hoping someone on youtube would call me on it haha.

Also @scruffy  – a freestyle can either be defined as a off the top of your head rap that is NOT prewritten, or a prewritten verse that has no real use (not for an actual song in planning). i mean look at necro. half of his career has been built off ‘freestyle’ albums.

I’m not sure how this could be classified cause it’s for a purpose I’m dropping a mixtape of “Freestyles” 32 – 48 bar verses over an instrumental with no hooks and I’ll probably have features on a few of them, so it’s for a song, but not the classic 16 – 8 – 16 – 8 – 16 kind of structure. 

I say it’s more of a free-verse but I’d class a free-verse as just a 16, idk haha
