When Twiztid left Psychopathic and when Kottonmoth Kings left Subnoize it really fucked up my CD book too. I put a lot of thought into it and now I’m happy with how my collection looks. First is all my undergound hiphop. I put them in order of record labels in the order of which I started listening to them. If an act leaves the label I place them directly after the label they left (Except I keep Kottonmoth Kings in front of Suburban Noise Records because fuck Subnoize. KMK takes seniority over the label because Daddy X was the founder.) If the act isn’t on a label I place them after all the labels in the order of which I started listening. Then mainstream hiphop. (Except I keep WolfPac at the end of the underground and Bloodhound Gang at the beginning of mainstream because they like kinda bridge the two together.)

*Psychopathic Records Artists

*Psychopathic Records Supergroups

Sounds like some of yall got some really complicated methods for organizing your cds. I keep mine in alphabetical order by artist with everything from Psychopathic filed under P in chronological order. Non-Psychopathic releases featuring Psychopathic collabs go in with the Psychopathic stuff. Albums by Psychopathic artists released while not on Psychopathic do not go with Psychopathic stuff.

I just put all my Twiztid music in my Twiztid Playlist

Psychopathic goes in Psychopathic

Funk Volume and anything related or similar goes in the Funk Volume playlist

Strange artists in the strange playlist

Mainstream Various artists go in V.A.

And classic rock and funk go in Classics

It keeps it simple.
