this comment was posted on youtube about 6 days ago via Esham's youtube account:
"Please support Venus Flytrap ...Consider it a last Request.....thanx Esham..."
now im only speculating, i dont have an official word, but the words "last request" seem to underline that this may be his last album. what do u think?

i would love another Esham record. he was on a roll with "Sacrificial lambs" and "Suspended animation" they had some good songs with quality production. His raw mixtape shit is so rough its hard to physically listen to and im an esham addict. i love it all most of the time. but the drugs have him making "atmospheric" music. its just beat with him breathing and fx. its too weird. we just want raw beats with raw lyrics. keep it reel life

its gonna be kinda difficult for esham to make dough off his old catalog considering that EVERYTHING he put out before Acid Rain is out of print

he doesnt even do shows anymore, i speculate that he has a hard time filling venues.
Esham plays a lot of small bar shows in Allen Park(downriver area outside detroit), but they dont really fill capacity even THEN.
im not dissing the dude but its obvious it's getting harder and harder for him to make music and do tours- he has a hard enough time selling records here in the D, let alone the rest of planet earth

E seems to be slowly fading to black, a real shame too, so much talent to waste. He will always remain one of the most underrated rappers ever. And his influence on the game is so fuckin unappreciated. That's what pisses me off the most. Juggalos and horrorcore artists in general, even if you don't like his music should show respect. And I know so many people on here will think I'm crazy...but honestly take esham out the picture in Detroit 1990's era, and I don't think there would be any Psychopathic, Subnoize, or Strange Music today.
