Twiztid went hard at J/Psychopathic their last couple albums so I don't think they'll give a BS explanation. Not that we really even need an explanation. Everyone knows they've been unhappy with the label for years now. I just hope they start doing more stuff again like podcasts and web shows or something now that they don't need the Psychopathic filter to do shit.

Psychopathic owes the Twiztid brand. They might even have to change their names down the road, ya think? Might not be able to call themselves Monoxide Child or Jamie Madrox since Psychopathic owes the rights.
It sucks because I don't know how this will effect Gatherings now. Will we even have one when J said that they easily loose 50k on it each year? Thats a lot of their income walking away. I would be deeply upset! D:
i remember the one year they stated that only lost 15K, and to PSY that really aint shit to them.
Twiztid will more than likely still do the Gatherings,,thats a big plug for them to headline a stage at the GOTJ.

175 per ticket x 15000 people= over 2.5 MILLION bucks and that’s not including car/rv/balla passes and merchandise sales. Yea, I’m sure the “lose money” lmao! Cause it makes sense for a business to put all that effort into a festival to lose money. Oh wait, they do it for the love of the fans right? Haha

On the real alotta yall need to realize that without icp and mainly J, Twiztid in all likelyhood would not achieve anywhere near as much as they have. They owe alot to icp and i think they know that. Its jus a buncha bitch niggas tryin to stir to the pot and start some feud. Is J a control freak? prolly is but can u blame him in all honesty? Shaggy dosnt seem like the type of cat who gives 2 fucks about the business aspect of things…J does. They own one of the biggest underground empires in music( if not the biggest) you cant fault J for being TOO INVOLVED. You wanna speak on some real shit? I guarentee you its MONO more then Madrox that pushed to leave PSY. I aint ever seen Madrox complain too much bout psy really. Mono definately does seem like more of the greedy type judging by his often public bitching about the label. Violent J= Monoxide Shaggy= Madrox. They left deal with it! Support the music…let them cats work out the business side of shit…
Also i came across a video on youtube last night about a juggalo who went on a hunger strike and emailed psychopathic demanding reasons for twiztid leaving. He claimed to have received an email from psy explaining to him that there is absolutely zero problem between Psy and Twiztid and that they will still do shows together, gatherings and still plan to record music together.

And a lot of people need to realize Twiztid made Psychopathic a legit record label. Before that it was just ICP and them jumping around major labels. And while J had some influence on Mostasteless, from Freek Show on it was all Twiztid. They already have given them props for putting them on but it's time to move on. Like someone else said ICP doesn't need to keep thanking Esham. Also who has ICP signed on the label that has thrived since Twiztid? Nobody. They owe just as much to Twiztid as Twiztid owe them.

says nothing about doing music together..
Dear Dillon,
I’m sure that Violent J would be flattered at being placed in the same category as Gandhi but there’s a world of difference between a band leaving a label and trying to passively end government oppression in one of the world’s largest countries. Rest assured that Twiztid and Psychopathic are still tight and we still plan on rocking shows together in the future.
So please, on behalf of your friends at Psychopathic, do not engage in a hunger strike to bring back Twiztid. It wouldn’t do any good and as a Juggalo, we care about your health.
Have a wicked Christmas and a Happy New Year, Ninja!

ICP woulda been fine without them. Maybe not quite as successful but still doin their thing. Twizzler would have most likely been nothing. Just sayin. And warlock, have you ever been to the gathering?? Cause now days it’s absolutely more then 10,000 people. So u can throw that idea right out the window.

ICP woulda been fine without them but would Psychopathic have been a real record label? Doubt it. Also who knows if anyone else would have put HOK on back then. Seems like everyone in Detroit blew up in the late 90's and everyone was getting signed. They had ties with Eminem so who knows.

haha yeah ive never been to one.. was purely speculation.. i find them averaging 10 thou pretty hard to believe tho..

I doubt HOK woulda went anywhere. Twiztid has never had an original enough style to likely blow up. They were only successful as ICP protégées. Twiztid’s style has been duplicated by countless juggalo/underground artists (although never nearly as good because Twiztid is the shit) My only point is artists like Tech N9ne and ICP can start their own lables NOT just because they are extremely talented but because they are so original they can creat their very own brand and make a name for themselves. Twiztid doesn’t have this capability and never will.

I would have agreed with you a decade ago but they're more than capable now. It's not even close who's more entertaining in front of a camera these days and who makes better music between ICP and Twiztid. Not to mention ICP look and sound like old men on stage while Twiztid still brings the energy. ICP has fallen off and Twiztid realizes that.
