Completely speculating here.

It seems like an older song given all the Strange references and I doubt that he can still rap like this. He had beef with First Degree The D.E. and I feel like the lyrics would fit him. Talking about his self-produced videos, how he endured his non-talented rapping, how Strange actually isn't down with him (since First Degree was on that Tech N9ne song and was always talking about how he linked Lynch up with Strange). However they squashed the beef a while ago, so unless something rekindled the animosity, it'd be weird for him to release an old diss towards him now.

The only other person I can think of is C-Lim. Maybe the timeline would work a little better with him, since he was still on Strange when they fell out I believe, but the lyrics don't seem to fit him as well as First Degree. At least to me, but again, 100% speculation on my part.
