I just listened to The Jokerr for the first time ever. He seems pretty good, and the beats are clean and catchy. Switches his voice up for every song so far. Unfortunately his biggest hits so far are diss and apology songs. He’s a little silly and goes on too long and has similar musical schematics… but yeah, not too bad.

Y’all need to check out one of my best artists/hip hop acts from here in London RHYME ASYLUM
The whole world been sleeping on these guys !! they not even together anymore I think to lack of support and only had two releases but seriously I think they ARE one of the best things ever in hip hop UK and US.
Their lyrics, wordplay and bars (lines) are some of the best heard for real. They are pretty dark but not horrorcore as such just wicked dark and down underground hip hop

@bodeebagz I skimmed through both links, Solitary Confinement is good album. I’ll give it another go when I can pay more attention to it.
@bayareashaman I LOVE the entire 3001: A Laced Odyssey. IMO a strong contender for hip hop album of the year.
I picked up Death Grips double LP for Fashion Week and Interview yesterday during Black Friday shenanigans (which are both fucking awesome instrumental albums and free if you’re interested) and was quickly reminded how much I enjoy their work.
