Nah, pretty sure he weren't ever quite that thin. I'd say it's a style choice, but it just happened that way.

To be honest, I don't take commissions, mostly 'cause I don't feel comfortable taking people's money for art. I do requests for free, though, when I feel like it. As long as what's being asked of me isn't too ridiculous.

One time I had a dream that there was some voodoo chicken walking the streets of some small town and anyone who would cross its path would die and so it became a matter for the BPRD. Hellboy and gang came into town to handle the chicken and everyone but Hellboy hid inside while he dealt with it. He kind of just followed behind it, as to not cross paths with it, until he was close enough to grab the thing. He came back inside holding the chicken by the neck and tossed it in a cage to be disenchanted later. They still had to figure out who cursed a chicken to begin with, but I woke up after that. It was all kind of just a morbid “why’d the chicken cross the road” joke. It was a cool dream.

Um... Back in my acid days, I might have been able to follow that... Nowadays? Disturbed and slightly afraid.

Joking aside, I was actually browsing this thread yesterday, and didn't comment because I didn't want to resurrect a month-old thread without adding anything of substance. I still don't have anything to add to it, but luckily Neverthrive resurrected it for me! There is some downright goddamn AMAZING artwork in here. I am filled to the brim with envy right now. I think LTB asked about using some of it as a tattoo, I was thinking the same thing. Awesome work.

Dude, it's the context that made the story/dream weird! The Voodoo Chicken is just the icing on the cake lol... Actually, if you think about it... Voodoo, oftentimes, makes use of chicken bones... So wouldn't a Voodoo Chicken just be a new variation on the chicken/egg debate?

Yeah, mang, I like your stuff, or at least the limited amount I've seen. Most of what I draw wouldn't fit in on this site, either. Actually, most of what I draw is adventure time fanart, but whatever. Point is, despite the fact that this thread is in "design battle," I don't really see it as a competition. It isn't about who's better, it's more just to share what you've made. Maybe I've just been using this thread wrong the entire time.
