Not usually, maybe some leftover tour stuff. There usually is an "underground" both, if you will, that's slangin' some rare merch.

Green Book may be a bit tough to come by there and if you do, I suspect it'll be at a premium. Here's one of the best prices I've seen on ebay in a while. Might wanna scoop it up

So I had no idea that the Greenbook is a rare album now. Why is it so rare? It's just as easy to print as any other album so what's the deal? Pretty sure I have my old copy floating around somewhere. That album, minus a couple songs, was very lackluster to me.

PSY put the album out of print so whatever copies are floating around in the universe are the last to be made. (For the time being at least, I believe they've re-printed once before.) Twiztid may wind up with the rights to it so we'll probably see a remix/remaster, super special one day only, vinyl, inserted in a six pack of soda.

The first print of the cd has a type of film cell over the booklet that reveals their face, so its also a much more valuable than the 2nd print. Both are usually pretty pricey online.
Psychopathic usually just did an initial print run and when they sell out, they were gone. Many albums got 2nd prints eventually, and the green book is one that once again sold out.
Many of twiztids psychopathic albums are, understandably, out of print.

Psychopathic doesn't sell much rare cds but they give rare shit out at the gotj and send out some rare cardboard cds for free once in a while. Last order I got came with backyard wrestling sampler, og phantom, 2012 sampler and psyphers 1-4. I couldn't believe it! I've gotten free hallowicked cds from hatchetgear as well.

I have it. I found it on torrent. It's free there. AND you don't have to worry about those stupid covers and cases collecting dust anywhere.

so, there is a latter-day version of the green book that does not have the celluloid cover?
did not know that.
and how you get so much extra goodies with your shit?
all i ever get is an invoice that cant be read cuz the printer needs ink. or a quarter-flyer, sometimes.
