Is anybody having problems getting their tickets this year? I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, on my receipt it says I would receive an email with a tracking number as soon as they’re shipped and I haven’t even got that yet? Am I the only one having problems???

They never sent me a tracking # ether, but I did indeed receive my ticks. Login to your account on GOTJ site and look up your order. It’ll tell you the status.
They most likely wait until they get a bunch of orders in and send out tics in groups. That’d make sense.

I wanna know why they charge $15 for shipping for two tickets and a car pass, then they show up in a $.25 envelope with probably $.75 worth of USPS postage. Do they really have to gauge that badly on shipping? One ticket is $5, five tickets is $25 and they still show up in the same envelope.

Isn’t it shipping and handling though? Handling is a highly specialized profession that requires years of training to perfect, you can’t just hire some jackass off the street and pay them minimum wage to handle. You gotta drop some coin if you want your shit handled correctly by a professional

The main UPS hub is in louisville and I know cats that have worked there. Take it from me, even Lenny from Mice And Men could handle boxes.

I ordered mine late last week, never received any email, but got my tickets today in the mail. So if you ordered them two weeks ago, you probably should’ve gotten them by now. As Carnivalkilla44 said, log in on the site and see if there was some issue. If it says Printed alongside the order, they’ve already been sent.
