I'm really sorry to be that guy but I think it just means a countdown till the Gathering. A couple months from now, it'll get changed to half a hatcheman, couple months from that, little more, etc.

Boy I sure was wrong.
Eh...I think it means that it's the year of the Juggalo, year is a measurement of time....so is a clock. That's the meaning of it. Brought to you by the same people that made a chicken huntin' t shirt after fifteen+ years of waiting and the best they could come up with was to throw the lyrics on the shirt.
