Ooh a female! I will thoroughly enjoy the week and a half that you share with us cavemen on these forums.
As for advice, its been ten years but since this new one is in Ohio like the 2003 and 2004 ones were, I can share a little wisdom.
First, you are a young woman. You will get attention. Most, if not all, of the attention will be either good-natured or intensely confusing. This will increase during the night hours, usually. This attention does not mean that you have to bare your breasts or vagina or even your treasured anus. Despite how many times you are beckoned. You are not a prude nor a bitch, etc. You made a decision and stuck to it. On the flip side, if you do decide to flaunt any body parts that the fellas can't claim on their own bodies (well besides their anus.. guys have those too... as horrible as that is), then there is nothing to shame yourself about in the immediate or far away future. You are young, healthy and confident. Millions of girls have done and will do the same thing. Your breasts aren't just that one pair in the flock of many breasts around you that are "bad".
Therein lies the beauty: no matter how you react to the "SHOW YOUR TITS!" chants, it is YOUR decision, therefore it is the RIGHT decision.
My advice? If you aren't 100% confident yet (I have no idea why other than our strange culture of insecurity), keep your shirt on. My wife never once lifted hers at any of the four GOTJ's she went to. And back then she had immaculate double D's. Just two beautifulweapons of mass distraction. She ddressed regular and suitable for the weather (which changes as the days go on), and barely even rocked any Hatchet Gear other than a Twiztid shirt once or twice.

I've been to the past two gatherings and suggest bringing what makes you at home while camping (tent, water, easy food, couple pairs of shoes, etc.) If you don't want a sunburn a good hat & sunscreen will help. I expect a full-on party again where you can be you, so WHOOP WHOOP and FUCK YOUR ISSUES!

Besides all the usual stuff you would want on a camping trip (comfort and safety) along with water, as you said you're a "planner", go over the GotJ program and the site map. Time out your days and nights and you'll know when you're gonna be at shows, when yer gonna be in transit between them and when you'll have time to walk around and check out everything else that goes on at the Gathering that *isn't part of the program (campsite walking, carnival rides, people watching, trying to find a game of Morton's List, etc)
Considering the "help" you've already gotten around here, a few other tips would generally be the same as going to any big party or nightclub. Watch your drinks (cover them when able). Don't take drinks just anyone offers you. Don't eat too much fried food unless you brought your own potty. If wearing anything with straps - tie good knots. Be cognizant of your surroundings... or to use one of my favorite quotes, "While walking on the beach, be wary of strangers that speak of admiring the view"...
OTHER than that, embrace the chaos! Don't be afraid to make friends (that's what you're there for too)! Despite what these goofs might make you think, not every guy there is out to try and fuck you (but who doesn't appreciate a nice pair? So don't be stingy ;). Be silly and enjoy the friends you came with. Protective headgear optional.
