Uh… I’m guessing the joke lies in comparisons between the Oz characters and forum members. Based on that group picture of ya’ll I’m gonna guess… Scruffy’s the scarecrow, PigofDoom is the tin man (’cause he likes heavy metal?), you as Dorothy, and… Psychoscott would be the lion (because of the beard)?

I’m confused too. I saw this thread, I thought it would contain more funny shit like Frog’s wheel, but no, just a picture of Dorothy and co. I tried to make sense of the image and how it at all could pertain to yall’s trip to the gathering, but apparently fell way short. Either you guys’ inside joke is some deep ironic meta hipster shit, or the joke is that I look like a dumbass trying to figure out what that picture is supposed to mean. My bad.

so, sometime on saturday i went back to the camp to get a fresh water. on the pts stage were a couple kids doin their pts thing.
apparently, they included a long as hell intro in their ‘set’, and i heard them yell out, ‘wicked warlock productions!’
for obvious reasons, i noted that. so, i took a lil bit to hang back.
apparently, they forgot what they were gonna say during the intro, cuz they would just repeat ‘wicked warlock productions’ over and over. after about an easy two minutes of this, they seemed to realize how repetitively wordy it was, and simply shortened it to, ‘warlock! warlock!’. over and over, for about another minute and a half.
needless to say, it was irritating as hell.
also needless to say, while this is goin on, every ninja around is yelling back variations of ‘you suck!’, or, in one ninjas case, ‘thats the stupidest name for a band ive ever heard.’
when i decided i had had enough and started walking back, they were still repeating, ‘warlock! warlock!’ over their intro.
thats all i ever heard them say; no ‘how yall feeling’, no whoops, just ‘warlock! wicked warlock productions! warlock! warlock!’
meant to tell everyone about that shit, but kinda forgot about it after i got hurt.

first shot was a huge unopened jug of water, apparently, landing squarely on top of my head. that gave me a headache and a compression injury in my neck.
after that, and a couple more nearby injuries, i went hunting for people throwing heavy shit, got in their faces, and told them to knock it the fuck off.
second was probably an unopened beer can, that struck me from a lateral angle in the shoulder blade, hard. basicly fucked up my shoulder for the remainder of the gathering.
that shallow angle is why im sure it was a retaliatory shot from one of the bitches i chewed out. and the timing; it was right after i returned to my spot and finally turned back around.
its a little better now, functional and hurts much less, so it was all muscle; but at the time, i was thinkin it couldve been a chipped bone, or worse. ever known someone with a broken shoulder blade? shit is ruthless.
