Okay, so…
I know some of you homies have already made posts to the same effect about not getting email confirmations n’shit and still got your tickets but… my shit did not get here today like I was expecting and there’s ONLY TWO MAILING DAYS LEFT!
I will be (was gonna?!) leaving on Tuesday to make my journey out so unless it arrives tomorrow or on Monday… am I fucked?!
I tried calling and emailing back when I didn’t get my “tickets sent/tracking info” email but I guess their VM box is full and never got a response back from my email. Again, I’ve read your interactions with HatchetGear and they don’t help my demener any either…
So far all I got was the initial order confirmation email and the purchase deducted from my bank account listed as “JuggaloGathering”…
Can anyone talk me down with some options here? Do you think that if I don’t get it by Monday that if I kept with my plans and brought the email and my bank statement and picture ID that I’d be able to get my stuff at Will Call as though I had bought mine after the mail out cut-off date (mine shows as being processed on the 11th)?
Gaaahhh!!!
This is some Murphy’s Law shit I didn’t need while worrying about all the other shit I gotta worry about just so I can leave on time!

I ordered my ticket Friday Cheshyr, got it on Wednesday or Thursday. If all fails by the time you’re ready to leave, print out the receipt/confirmation that you bought the ticket. Corp ain’t handling tickets this year lol.

Honestly man, I’d call HatchetGear on Monday and tell them your situation. I know their line will probably constantly be busy, and I’m sure there’s only one guy handling shit. But still, just to make sure you don’t have any problems at the gate. I wouldn’t say that if you had a tracking number that you could verify delivery with, but without it, you aren’t even sure if it left the building. Best of luck!

J-Webb (Jason Webber) responded to the email I had written just before my OP and told me to bring my receipt to Will Call and ask for Jason.
So I’m bringing the reciept, the bank statement, the email exchange/response and my ID up there!
But thanks @ScottieD I’ll still make the calls Monday just to get more coverage. Come what may of it. At least I got -A- response I can take with me up there if I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone.
