So my brother ordered his ticket in April and didn’t make a account and has got no ticket and they haven’t replied to his email enyone in this same boat

Last year I ordered my ticket early enough to receive it in the mail. Is the will-call window open the night before? I remember being able to turn in my ticket for the arm band and charm last year but don’t remember if the will-call window was open also. If not it’s going to be a slim chance I get my free electricity puke_gif
