For what it’s worth, my school dresscode doesn’t ban violent language but does ban images of drugs and paraphernalia.

I don’t think this had to turn into such a big deal and don’t get why shaman asking to have image amended was such a big deal. 

Lots of jobs wouldn’t care if you rolled in wearing a shirt with references to death and violence but would drugs. There’s a reason there are twiztid shirts that aren’t all pot leaves.

I don’t see why Shaman threw a fit rather than just explaining when asked. Scottie wasn’t the only one who thought it was weird being as how mushrooms are a common fungus and most of them don’t even have psilocybin.

Yet the guy who took the time and effort to put the responsibility for YOUR shirts on his shoulders is the problem and acting entitled? All at the last minute too. Shaman didn’t provide an alternative despite being asked. Now it’s too late.

Maybe next year you guys can do your own shirts. Or maybe not wait until the last second to do it. Or maybe just fuck your shirts and get over yourselves. But who am I to speak? It’s not my massacre.

Yeah, because saying that somebody can’t wear it explains why they can’t wear it. 

I don’t know if explaining yourself will make a difference. In my experience it’s always set people off.

Once you piss some of these people off they automatically label you this or that and consider you a problem. Rarely does anybody get over it.

In hindsight, i see i could have also opposed the design as well as many others who just lurk and believe “it is what it is”.

I personally believe the insults were a bit much. It could have settled with just a discrepancy, but ya went a little over board buddy.
