i dont think hes ever hated juggalos, i just think he's always been embarrassed by us.. from the outside looking in it's definitely a weirdo crowd, especially to the mainstream.. and we all know his goal has been for the "mainstream to go tech" so naturally as his crowd drew more people his focus shifted less and less on ninjas.. ive never got into his music, always thought the singles were the main listen-to-able songs on his records.. so from a ninjas perspective who isnt emotionally invested in tech, like a fan would be, ive definitely noticed a difference in the love hes showed ninjas directly, at the gathering, and the lack of love hes shown elsewhere..

Like Warlock says, I don't think he hates us, but his tone has shifted a bit and that's been going on for a while. It's been shifting just barely over the years and it depends on who he is in front of, which is (i think) pretty fair. Juggalos have a bad rep and he isn't trying to be all pigeonholed. I was really hurt by his comments in the interview with hot97 but ultimately I understand it, he needs to differentiate himself. 

I'm a big tech fan, strange music for that matter. I've been down with him since right before anghellic in 2001. I'm also a juggalo and been down with the clown since 1997. I was a little hurt by his comments during that interview but at the same time I understand it. If you think about it tech made the KOD album mostly for his juggalo fans and then released the gates mixed plate right after which most juggalos dislike. Since then I feel like a lot of juggalos have turned there back on tech and vice versa. He started making the music he wants to make and stopped catering to his fans that want the dark shit constantly and nothing but. Also juggalos are a joke to everyone outside of that world. He has enough of his own fans and doesn't really need to cater to juggalos anymore. At the same time I don't think he's ever said anything disrespectful about juggalos, there was a raw dog line and a drug bridge at the gathering at least 2 years. A lot of people view juggalos as disgusting bottom of the barrel members of society. It's supposed to be a family of Freekshows and outcasts. 15 years ago this was normal, getting hated on by mainstream media and we would have loved it. Now everyone has a problem with being the clowns of the underground music scene. Embrace that shit

Ok so i did some searching on the interwebs but i cant for the life of me find out what tech said exactly ? The only thing I have seen is that he said ICP owes him an apology, but why? did ICP do something fucked up to him ?

The march against the FBI was fucking stupid because it's not the FBI that caused the problems in the first place. The fight is at a state/local level. God you 17%rs are clueless. Read my comments here.

Maybe if you guys did some research and read some actual government documents, you'd know what the issue is, and why Chuck Reeves is more correct on the march than anybody. Maybe then you will understand why Twiztid didn't jump on the bandwagon. Twiztid didn't want to shit on the Juggalos' parade with legal facts. They remained silent and said Go ahead and march but know why you're marching for. Twitzid also didn't want to look stupid when the legal facts came out to show that ICP and their legal team didn't even know what the fuck they were doing - which is why the case has been thrown out more than once now.  By the way, it took the judges this December to basically say, Get your heads out of your ass, you can't blame the FBI for MERELY POINTING OUT that 4 states HAD ALREADY classified you a  hybrid-gang that engaged in low level criminal activity and nothing serious like rape, murder, massive drug rings, etc like actual fucking gangs that NEVER LEAVE THE FBI NGIC LIST when it is issued every two years. The FBI assessed you for one year, and determined that with your minor petty crimes and semi disorganized, independent nature, you were not a national threat. You are not on any national gang list that says Juggalos are a gang in all 50 states. There is no gang list. Hence why you have never been mentioned since the 2011 report. The FBI said the states should deal with Juggalo criminals as regular criminals and that was the end of it. Take your fight to the states if you think your constitutional rights have been attacked.

I'm inclined to agree. Being mentioned in this insignificant way in 2011, and then never being talked about again because you're not a serious enough threat and most definitely not a gang in every state...oh wow some fucking gang list. Yeah, that's a really slanderous gang list. Yeah, whatever you fuckin 17%rs, including CPN. Not only do some of you 17%rs not read, but you're also too entitled these days. RevWells post above makes the most sense. Juggalos shouldn't give a fuck who hates them or who doesn't. They shouldn't be all on Tech 9's dick like that. That's new age millennial entitlement type bullshit from the new young age group that has crept into the Juggalo world in the last few years. Tech 9 doesn't hate Juggalos. However he is now careful about Juggalos because some idiot Juggalos (who can't read legal documents because they're too stupid and just believe everything Violent J tells them about the march)  THREATENED TO SHOOT TECH 9 ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Told him he was going to get 17 in his chest. Tech 9 runs red if you catch my drift. Juggalos who only smoke weed,  deal small quantities of drugs among each other and only commit minor theft and assault, have no business threatening someone with connections to Bloods - an actual gang that has a hierarchy and engages in assassinations for business purposes among other things. Fake tough guy Juggalos on the internet at least partially soured the relationship Tech 9 has for Juggalos now and has caused him to be more wary. But he did issue a warning. If some Juggalo hurt Tech or killed him, Juggalos would have to rise up and become a gang to defend themselves. And that's a fight you DO NOT WANT!

17%rs need to take some fucking responsibility for their actions and learn how to read government documents and do research. I've been listening to ICP for almost twenty years now and the idiocy I see from some 17%rs is just astounding.

U forget that Juggalos are EVERYWHERE in this country. In all types of hoods. If they gotta ganged up its not goi g to be juggalo.

And put these two things in ur head. Tech 9 can not Make juggalos into a gang cuz he puts "his green light out". He wont. He would get locked up. And second like if juggalos in a crazy fantastic scenario have to gang themselves up for the most part they will join the established gang in their communities.

I think tech was just scared and tried to flex but nobody but shot callers in prison got that pull and what gos on in one state dont mean it gos on the next state.
