This local group from here in Charleston, WV did a song sampling Tech N9ne on the hook. The song is named “Pac Woulda Banged This” and it goes hard. It has really caught on in WV and I figure this is something that needs to be shared. Also if you have never heard S.P.E. before check out their other tracks, IMO they are the most underrated underground group there is.

if i am understanding this correctly, spe or whoever used an audio sample of tech sayin ‘pac etc etc’ in this song, which is entitled, ‘pac, etc etc’.
not only does that not add up to a feature [nor a ‘feat’], but if tech was with a major label, youd probably have some suit bluntly telling you to desist.
