Closed Casket and KKKill The Fetus are fairly perfect albums.
I'd also say that http://www.com is an absolute classic even though Esham changed his style by this time, it doesn't sound like any other rap album that's existed and it has a ton of bangers.
As far as specific songs:
24/7
The Wicket Shit Will Never Die
Mental Stress
Can't Take It Wit Cha
Sunshine
666
Symptoms of Insanity
One Day
King Of Hearts
Metropolis
Football
Forever Fly

Oh, and although I may have recommended the "I Ain't Cha Homie" album simply because it's a favorite of mine & is Esham's "juggalo" record...
it might be best to listen to "Acid Rain" first, its an XL greatest hits/best of type album, handipicked and NARRORATED by ICP, created for the purpose of catching juggalos up on Esham's pre-Psy career before dropping "Repentance". So...its a pretty good place to start.
"Suspended Animation" is a great one, maybe even his best...
