ICP were on the 2nd stage and probably only had juggalos spread out, few and far between.. there were like 10x as much people as the gathering gets.. I think dude’s just jealous ICP have had an annually successful concert festival..

That’s actually kinda funny that it’s 20 years later and the first group that comes to his mind is ICP when thinking about the event. It was likely the act of handing out lit candles to thousands of drunk people that led to problems if I had to guess.
