Wicked for me. I think Abominationz is real good. The only complaint i have is its the only album my friends listened to for months. Also the production is really good on abominationz but i prefer the rougher sounds like mostasteless.

… aaaaaand iiiii allllsssooo love the subjectiveness of the thing called music!! But that’s just my opinion hahaha

yeah, me too.

but i still cant hear country music for very long without becoming irrational.

lol you and that anti-country vibe again… tell you what, I loathe about 99% of the country played on modern radio, but there really is some tight shit out in the classic country and outlaw underground. Some night, have yourself a few of your favorite drinks, play “I’m so lonesome I could cry” by hank Williams sr on YouTube or something, and tell me that’s not a simply hauntingly beautiful track. The man made me appreciate a christian hymn type song, and I’m King of the Agnostics and quite anti Christianity. Its called “I saw the light” and while meant to sound uplifting, you can still hear the wounds in the man’s desperate singing. The words are about being happy. But I swear I hear nothing but fear and despair. I could be wrong but I love how that song scares the shit out of me. Me and my dads old hippie friend would get loaded at our campers and literally scream that song on hot summer days… it caused the government census to label our spot of land a (I’m dead serious) “religious cult campground”.. because there were more than one camper on the grounds, and the neighbors must’ve heard all that psychotic religious psychobabble tune and told them we were some sort of Christian cult… whoa that went on longer than intended but yeah therrr are pockets of great country out there.

+1 for Abominationz. It was tough for me too, but overall Abominationz really seemed to keep Twiztid fresh for me, I love how their sound slightly changes every release

I spend too much time on the Internet and make music sometimes. http://www.soundcloud.com/theresolution5

Both.  But I flipped a coin And abominationz won

This, as far as the poll is concerned. But since this is turning into more of a discussion about their albums as a whole I’m going to go ahead and list them from my favorite to least favorite and why. I’m not going to include CC albums or other side shit.

1. Mostasteless – I still listen to this whole thing on a regular, almost daily, basis.

2. Wicked – It’s a dark fucking record. I’m a dark motherfucker. I still can’t get enough of this shit.

3. Freekshow – This album came at a point where I was in a bad place, and it kept me from killing myself.

4. Abominationz – The production is on point, it’s solid lyrically, and I have almost the entire album in the playlists that I run daily.

5. H & H – I don’t understand the hate this album gets. Maybe it’s because of the Gathering incident that year or whatever when  they just played this over the sound system instead of performing. But I enjoy it. It’s dark, it’s violent, and the production is solid.

6. A New Nightmare – Other than Wasted this is a violent and dark trip through their minds and I enjoy the holy hell out of it!

7. Everything else. From this point I can’t really break it down anymore. I enjoy them all and actually listen to them all on a semi regular basis. Green Book really hasn’t aged well but there’s some really classic shit on there such as Marsh Lagoon  and Serial Killer which was my introduction to Tech. MM&M had some really solid shit too, Triple Threat, Feel This, Respirator, Starve your Fear, Manikin, shit there’s more than I realized. :) ID had some good shit too but it was kind of a weird record comparatively, it had abnormal guest features and didn’t seem to have any type of cohesive flow to it. Mirror Mirror is in my regular rotation too, but it’s a little strange for me as I enjoy it quite a bit, but I can’t listen to it every day. I don’t know what it is, but it makes me want to go kill my ex-wife. So…yeah, there’s that.

Speaking of country, Marty Robbins has some great story telling. Listen to El Paso or Big Iron.
