Really? I figured this would’ve been on the news page. @scottied is a regular listener of the Stern show so he’d know for sure. All I’ve heard is the times they send one of their correspondents to concerts and GOTJ and they poke fun and play the “whoop whoop” sound bit.

And agreed on their Stern interviews being timeless on there. I was happy they did one more with Dr Drew before he stopped doing loveline.

I wouldn’t consider that an appearance. I think Wolfie just went to a show of theirs and interviewed Juggalos and had a brief one with ICP. We covered this about a year ago though (better audio than the above youtube clip):

They haven’t been in studio in forever though! From what I can remember, their last studio appearance was a little depressing. I think J discussed a bunch of shit from his childhood. It was definitely different…maybe it wasn’t what Howard was looking for. Also, since Marce Turk has been calling the shots, some of their more outrageous guests have ceased to make appearances on there. Could be speculation though.

Yeah, but saying that on air and Baba Booey actually reaching out to book them are two different things. I would think they’d love to go in…especially to promote the March.

Also Sal and Richard had their dicks painted up like J and Shaggs and were running around the studio naked pissing ICP off.

Howard has gone soft since marrying Beth and doing AGT, the Clowns don’t fit into his new M.O..

Side note – I saw Richard Christy’s heavy metal band perform here in Toronto at the same venue Twiztid plays in a few months.

Somehow his Twitter says he’s touring this August. He was recently on The Anthony Cumia Show and opened with AIDS jokes and his go-to “shitting in supermodels’ mouths” material. Love him, but think he’s on autopilot.

The better question is: Why would they go back to Howard Stern?

It made sense for them to show up before but now there really isn’t a point. What fans are they gaining by showing up? The exposure that they would get from doing his show before isn’t worth as much now. I’m not even referring to the fact that the dude’s audience has been shrinking for years either. Just financially, the PR isn’t worth the same amount. It’s easy to find out about ICP now. They can either fly there, paint up, do hours worth of interview, autographs, pose for pictures then fly back and hope that it helped them sell a hundred more albums OR have “Mr. X” take a picture and post it on social media in hopes of selling a hundred more albums.

Why wouldn’t they go with the latter?
