to be a juggalo/lette?
I’m dating someone who labels herself as a juggalette and has friends who are juggalos. I’ve dated plenty of different people but none who talked about being a Juggalette. She claims it’s more then just the music but the belief system. I’m not disagreeing, but as someone who has no idea and obviously wants to know more/relate to my girlfriend, was wondering if someone who believes the same thing could go over some points or share songs.
I mean I listen to people who are closely related to ICP, Tech N9ne, Brotha Lynch Hung, Prozak, Twiztid, Three Six Mafia, etc.
So I doubt it’ll be hard to explain it.

To me being a Juggalo is being yourself and not giving a fuck what others think of you. Having respect for fellow juggalos and other humans beings weather your a juggalo or not. Not hating on people because they are fat,skinny,bald,retarded,black or white.Being accepting of all types of people and races.Going against the mainstream views/society and paving your own way no matter what anyone thinks of you.What about that feeling you get when bumping our shit whos behind the juggalo powers? Spiritual realm that has brought us together,the down trodden,the people that society has cast out of their world and we have found a common bond though music that we can all belong.

So essentially what I’m getting from the song and what everyone else said is basically, liking ICP, not giving a fuck what others think and being close with friends and other juggalos?
Like I said I’m not exactly familiar with the Juggalo movement, my cousin is one and a few of my friends. But for the most part all I got on Google otherwise was the stereotypes, which I know isn’t true.
For the most part, I’ve understood that Juggalos wear facepaint mainly in groups or concerts (KMK videos, friends, etc.)
EDIT: She also played Bang Pow Boom for me once. Told me to listen and that it represented the ideals, but I’m ADHD and get really distracted. I caught some parts of it though.

All the stereotypes are true dude. Just stick to them. We are mostly felons and homeless who will bum newports off of you and try to bang your girl when you arent around. Or your mom or your gma. Juggalos will fuck literally anything. We all have dreads and dont care for bathing. Most of us have edgy nicknames like ghost or spider. We drink mostly mad dog 20/20 or if we are feeling like splurging we will go for some heaven hill vodka or beams eight star.
Oh and we gang bang. We are all gang members and commit hate crimes.

to keep it simple
juggalos are true to themselves end of story
we dont give a fuck what people think about us, that doesnt mean we are all assholes, it just means we can do our own thing
We are cool with everyone and anyone whos cool with us, and fuck everyone else
We look at the world through a different lense, we appreciate the simple things, we know how to make the best of what we been handed no matter how much it sucks
Long story short, be your self, dont worry about what other people think, and be open minded, because something that may look like shit, may really be golden inside

And browsing this forum you may find out that many people don’t have those same values, though I don’t think Violent Dope has done anything to go against those values.

Tere are for sure people who dont believe that, and i think thats half the prblem we ge tas a group. ive been down since 95, ive been closer than most at different points in my life but that really is the point to it all. We dont all do whats right, we dont all agree on what a juggalo even is. Depending on the age, you got pre family juggalos, you got family juggalos and you got new juggalos, you also got juggalos who dontclaim juggalo or even know they are juggalos

Long story short, juggalos are just people that like ICP and hate racists. Plain and simple.
A lot of juggalos claim that the movement is about not giving a fuck what people think and accepting everybody, but that’s not exactly true because many juggalos talk a bunch of shit on people for listening to mainstream acts. Some juggalos won’t even call you a juggalo for liking certain music. Tons of juggalos want to help the community because they give a fuck about people thinking they are criminals.
They are not cool with everyone and anyone who are cool with them because look at how much hate AMB or Boondox get from them. Actually, fuck that, look at the hate @allnatro-blockboyz got from juggalos.
They really don’t look through that different of a lens, I think majority of the population claims to enjoy the simple things and that they know how to make the best of what they are handed no matter how much it sucks.
Honestly, I look through a very very different lens then most people and I get tons of hate from even juggalos for it. A lot of this shit is just exaggerated nonsense that juggalos claim to do or be. I mean, not every juggalo is how he describes them, infact most are nothing like that, but there are a rare few that do that.
So again I say that juggalos are just people that hate racism and love ICP. That’s it really, the only meaning. Though, I think the answers you are seeking should be found with in research of the music and phrases and shit like that. Maybe listen to a few albums, read behind the paint, do a bit of research on ICP. Cause you seem to grasp the concept of what a juggalo is already.

I dont know if i can agree with much of what you said
one – i dont think race has anything to do with being a juggalo, nor does “hatng racists” thats just seems like an intelligent decision, not something that juggalos pride themselves in. in fact i cant think of any other time i have seen someone make that argument in the 19 years ive been down
as for not giving a fuck and AMB and others, there is a difference between real hate, and dislike of an artist. now we can be hard on artists, I personally think AMB sucks dick and they are the worst thing signed to psychopathic at this time. I also think marz was a great fit and the OG lotus without mr lisp(ABK) was way better. as i said before i know juggalos who even hate icp, its not about the music
everything you said in reply to my post is cool though, thats just your opinions on it, and thats the point im getting at. I can dislike people you dislike, we dont all have to agree with everyone on everything, how boring would the world be if we were all the same you know? but and if we ever met at a concert, id bet we would say what up, have fun and be cool with each other.
