1. Riddlebox…this shit was my bible when I was in school, I liked all the jokers cards but I thought this was beyond comparison in terms of how dark and rugged it was. The beats were hot as hell, the turntables were eerie, the whole album had this ghostly vibe to it, I blazed many a bong to this one.
2. Tales From The Lotus Pod…OG
love him or hate him, Marz was on this shit as the original emcee, and that’s the one I got when I was 16 and been bumping all these years. I think Blaze really shined in the Dark Lotus releases, and ” I wanna die” was my favourite, because at times I felt I wanted just that.
3. Freek Show- I always loved ICP, but Twiztid for the most part have hands down been the most lyrical and talented emcees ever in Psy history imo. Loved the rock twists on this, at a time when everyone was doing rap metal, these guys weren’t scared to inject the rock shit into their music.
4. Black Rain… Probably still my favourite ever. I had just moved to England at the time. We used to bump this everywhere there ain’t a single song I don’t like. I still remember getting it in April. It rained all the time, and you could smell that along with the haze while this was bumping. Priceless memories!
5. Wizard of the hood…. Yeah laugh it up. I think this shits one of the best J’s the reason I started rapping. This was my blazing album in 2003.
i really miss the old days when Lotus and The Rydas were dropping.

Great Milenko-will always be the definitve/greatest icp/psychopathic records release.perfectly captured what it is that makes icp great, from the content to the approach to the production, this is the album.
abominationz-best twiztid album imo.
jeckel bros.-icp’s 2nd best imo.
green album-from start to finish, classic twiztid.
FF vol.1&2-alot of great material from their prime on there.

1. The Great Milenko- first material I heard from icp in 97 and the reason I became a juggalo. Also icp’s first gold and platinum record.
2. Riddlebox- my personal favorite icp album. I remember finding this in a record store shortly after Milenko was released. Also icp’s first major label release.
3. Mostasteless(reissue)- twiztids best album imo. Came out a month after jeckel bros and I couldn’t find the og version so I was very excited for this record. Also psychopathics first major label release with an artist besides icp.
4. Forgotten Freshness Vol.1&2- when this was released I only had Milenko and riddlebox so this opened my eyes to icp’s back catalog. Also introduced me to twiztid, myzery, and pjb. I believe this is the best collection of random icp tracks. Also I remember getting this and the shockumentary on the same day. Within 2 months of getting both of those I had ringmaster, coc, and the 3 sideshow eps. I was down for life.
5. Amazing Jeckel Bros.- this is a very good album but the day it was released May25th they had an instore here in stlouis. It was my very first psychopathic event because hallowicked 98(also in stlouis) was over 18 age limit I believe. I will always remember sitting outside vintage vinyl with the juggalos. I miss those days.
Honorable mentions:
Ringmaster, terror wheel, green book, one less g n da hood, dirty history, bang pow boom, tales from the lotus pod(revisited)

I’m going to narrow my list down by limiting it to 1 release per artist.
1- Hell’s Pit: Simply and purely, the most wicked release ICP has ever made.
2- Hatchet Warrior: Great beats and lyrical content. ABK shines on this record for sure.
3- Colton Grundy: Some catchy songs, good beats. Was going to choose 1 Less G, but I like the beats on Colton Grundy a lot more.
4- Fuck the Fuck Off: Shaggy has fuckin’ charisma. Got to love his humor and shit. Lot of bangers on this record, and even his “sappy” songs on this record get to me even though they’re kind of…simple. Like in Half Full when he says “How come all the good is so out of reach, why is there broken glass on the beach” that shit gets to me.
5- WICKED: The only Twiztid release that actually stands true to what they define their music as, “A horror movie on a CD”
Runner-Ups (in no particular order): Eye Of The Storm, Tales From The Lotus Pod, The Shining, Wizard of the Hood, RiddleBox, Shangri-La, Mudface

1. ICP- Riddle Box. First album from Psy I bought when I was 9 years old, it’s special because it’s the one I picked, because of the cover being my favorite clown, during the Jeckel Brothers era. I also think it’s their most wicked album to date, Cemetery Girl, Dead Body Man, Toy Box, 12, etc. Pure wickedness.
2. ICP – The Wraith: Shangri-La. It was the first jokers card I got to go out and pick up on the release date. It holds a special place in my heart for that, not to mention how energetic ICP were during the time, the fresh make up change ups, the great merch, and the album was just so unique.
3. Violent J – Wizard of the Hood. Through and through great storytelling in the era of The Wraith, where Twiztid and ICP wee pure energy together and it was all love. I even loved all four bonus tracks.
4. ICP – The Mighty Death Pop! – My personal favorite of the new deck, it’s a perfect blend of old school and new school sounding ICP. I loved the packaging as well as the crazy merch, it really became an instant classic.
5. Young Wicked – Slaughter. I understand this may be controversial and honestly I could replace the number 5 spot with another ICP card, but to mix it up a bit and since it’s a current favorite and probably my favorite album release of the year, I’ll place this here. He really puts 110% into his work and I think he’s just about as good as any other artist Psy has put out past or present. I could relate to the album a lot, particularly Fallen Angel and Drinkin on my fiff. Anyone skeptical please give this disc a chance, whether you’re a fan of past AMB or not.
interesting answers! Thanks for the question.

Riddlebox and Milenko because they meant a lot to me when I found them, and they really put ICP up on the national map. It really defined who they were for a lot of people who weren’t down and to this day people refer to them as if they were a rock band because those albums were so rock sounding. Musically, I think Mike was at his best on those albums too.
Dark Lotus OG because it was so much darker than what ICP were doing, and the way it was presented was just fun. I just loved it all. And Marz was fucking dope on that shit. and ICP were fucking dope on that shit. and Twiztid was fucking dope on that shit and Blaze, who at the time I couldn’t stand on anything, was dope on that shit. It just fucking worked.
That’s three. hmm.
I guess I’d say Shangri La even though I hated it at the time. I go back and listen to it more frequently than the others and I love the way the songs run into each other and fall apart and shit. That was the only thing I liked about it back in the day but I’ve since learned to really hear what they were saying and it made a big impact on me.
And I’d say Mighty Death Pop. Musically, I think it’s their best pop effort. And listening to the secondary albums was a lot of fun. I think the cover album really became, in my mind anyway, a post modern retrospective of how ICP make their albums and it reminded me of when I was a teen and I started studying the way they build their work. I don’t really see their process a lot in their work and they make shit look so flawless and effortless but I thought Mighty Death Pop was just. Hmm. I’m not a baseball fan but you know how some homeruns are like grand slam knocked it out of the park firework homeruns that just make it look like theres nothing to baseball? This wasn’t that. It was like a homerun that should have been a double but the guy ran just fast enough to cause the outfielder throw the ball in a panic which caused an err and he made it to third before they could recover and he just bulldozed into the catcher as hard as he could for the home run. He earned that bitch. That’s what death pop is to me.

Man soooo many dope albums over the years this is a tough one but here’s mine.
1: ICP-THE WRAITH SHANGRI LA– Not only do I feel this album is some of ICP’s best material of all time but it was also the best era of my life. Looking back it was just a fun ass time with all my homies and I was shineing hard with this album as my soundtrack. Good shit and will forever go down in my book as one if not the best.
2: DARK LOTUS- TALES FROM THE LOTUS POD– This shit is hella fresh because it not only bangs that wicked shit at its finest but it takes all of the best acts the hatchet had to offer and it mashes them together in one epic group for my ears to bust a nut to. Everyone comes correct and skools the shit out of this album. LLLOOOOOOTTTUUUUUUS!
3: TWIZTID-FREEK SHOW– Still a go to album anytime I wanna rock the dead. For me even tho this is Twiztids second release it feels like this is where they officially put a stamp on the juggalo world. I remember waiting in line for this concert and motherfuckers had this cd playin on repeat for hours and the hole crowd was rappin this shit word for word. Shit is hella fresh and I’ll always remember that. But after this record came out you knew Twiztid would forever be rockin shit for the fam.
4: BLAZE YA DEAD HOMIE- COLTON GRUNDY– I’m a huge Blaze mark but to me this was his freshest album. All of his releases are solid but this shit bumps! I love the hip hop aspect of this one. “Bump this shit right here!”
5: AXE MURDER BOYZ- THE GARCIA BROTHERS– This record came out at a time that I feel the hatchet was kinda at a low point between Twiztid leaving and a few weak releases coming out. This is a dope album musically but it was also a turning point for the hatchet. It was a sign of hope. I know a lot of ppl will disagree but I feel like AMB have a lot of potential in turning things around at the hatchet along side ICP.
This is my top 5 and I’m sure it’s different than your top 5 but that being said I respect yours so respect mine ninja. Much love fam. and thank you psychopathic records for pumping out so many fresh albums and memories over the years. Truly the soundtrack to my life WHOOP WHOOP!

ill attempt the impossible here….
1.) Riddlebox – first ICP track I ever heard was “Joker’s Wild”. What the FUCK is this????? hahah,,,,, I usually skip over Chicken Huntin Slaighterhouse Mix, but the rest is always fresh sounding. Their most carnival-sounding album. What an introduction to their world. Never looked back since….
2.) Mostasteless – so goddamned unique, so goddamned quality. Great MEC music behind it all. Like J said in the book when he first heard 2nd Hand Smoke, Diemuthafuckadie! and I think it was How Does it Feel?, he said he was SOLD. FUCKING SOLD.
3.) The Opaque Brotherhood – I received this in the mail aroujd the worst time in my life. It makes me feel ill to listen to it sometimes, and I dont even love every track 100% . It just, I dunno man. I can picture the specific evil place I was in when I first heard it.
4.) Shangri-La & Wizard of the Hood – these are kind of companion albums. Truly unique music. The first I heard in another shitty time in my life, living in a one room apt with shared kitchen and bathroom with strangers, junkies, perverts, general scumbags. . the second is dope and uplifting as well.
5.) Mirror Mirror – just an album I needed durijg another odd period of my life., I am beginning to see a pattern here.
Honorable mentions: WICKED, Tales From the Lotus Pod, The Missing Link: Found, The Mighty Death Pop, Ringmaster, Hatchet Warrior, Acid Rain, Charges of Indictment, The Harvest, The Mud Water Air & Blood, One Less G in the Hood, Medicine Bag… fuck.never mind, I could go on forever.

1) Great Milenko – it’s just amazing through and through. Every track is a yam IMO. It really encompasses the whole joker card feel story wise to me too.
2) Tales From The Lotus Pod – it was so dark and so many classics on it. Everyone came strong on it.
3) Amazing Jekel Brothers – almost every song is just amazing to me. It was wig flipping to me personally.
4) 1 Less G In The Hood- straight gangsta shit which I love, with a twist or horrorcore which I also love. A juggalo classic.
5) Mostasteless – IMO the best Twiztid album. No it’s not the most lyrical, not the best beats. But you could feel the magic of what it was to be a juggalo at that time. “hound dogs” “spin the bottle” “rock the dead” “redemptions or reality” holy shit what a classic album to me.
Side note all the Rydas albums were amazing to me too but they were not Psy they were Joe and Joey.
