Technically we were considered a gang in the 2011 FBI National Gang Threat Assessment -> https://www.fbi.gov/stats-services/publications/2011-national-gang-threat-assessment/2011-national-gang-threat-assessment-emerging-trends but since that one report the FBI dropped Juggalos from the list. So it was only 4 year ago that we were considered a “Gang”. The lawsuit is not about removing us from the list, that is a non-issue now. The lawsuit is about making the FBI responsible for the problems that Juggalos faced from being on the list. Some of those problems still exist today since many local authorities are unaware that we have been removed.
So there is no problem with selling Juggalo merch anymore. Many stores like Spencers and Hot Topic carry it again.
Don’t let the media fool you. They still write articles as if the FBI still considers us a gang but they are either mis-informed or sensationalize it (flat out lie) to sell whatever news article they are trying to sell. That does hurt us since there are still many people who follow everything the media says, right or wrong, and still thinks the FBI classifies us as a gang.

Yup. If I was a teenager and didn’t have much cash, a goofy, poorly made, oddly sized Riddle Box shirt for $8 would be a fuckin Riddle Box shirt for $8.

When I first heard they were selling Riddle Box shirts al Wall-Mart I thought it was pretty cool. Last time I went there I found the shirt and thought it was whack as hell. I said fuck it it’s only $8. I went to the fitting room to try it on, looked at myself in the mirror, and thought I looked ridiculous. I do want to see that jersey though.
And honestly, if you have the willingness to pay more (and undying patience) Hatchet Gear sells the best shirts IMO. has the best variety too. Never seen any other place selling Boondox or Big Hoodoo shirts.

I didn’t know they stopped selling the flag (didn’t even know they ever did) but if they did it was a smart business choice because if they didn’t then they would probably have all this boycotting and negative press aimed at them. The Juggalos don’t get much press at all so I they aren’t worried about selling their merch.
