I’d also be concerned with the psychological effects it would have on the police who have to shoot them. Like, you can say that they should “toughen up” or that they need to separate themselves from that… but really what does it do inside their mind? Their brain knows it’s okay to shoot criminals. People can deny it all they want when on the outside looking in, but the fact is… it will either:1. Fuck up normal-minded officers.
or
2. Give crazy cops boners, which they will carry with them after the execution.
im not that concerned. to my way of thinkin, theyre fucked up anyway.
firing squads are typically corrections officers, i believe. i think only utah has em. maybe not, anymore… might ill look it up later.
besides, crazy cops will get their boners from somethin; id rather it be somethin macabre but useful, instead of wailin on homeless women.

In some countries they use multiple executioners like 8 and only 4 have bullets the others have blanks. They all aim for the heart or head and fire at the same time. No one knows if they had lethal shots or not. Supposedly cuts down on the post execution issues that the executioners may have.Ehhhhh…. that’s not much unlike the holocaust when they used to close the blinds in the gas rooms and then push the button.
I truly believe if it was the right thing to do, you wouldn’t have to convince yourself you weren’t doing it.
‘the right thing to do’, is not kill them at all. but, im not so generous with mercy.
i truly believe that if the con is a legit shitbag [which they almost always are, except in texas], then you wont need convincing.
at any rate, to say its not unlike the holocaust is a major stretch; theres a massive difference between the sanctioned killing of a single convicted capital murderer, and the arbitrary extermination of an entire room full of screaming women and children.

it aint the scale, its the context. the motivations.
and, the real difference, the one that matters for moral purposes [and the purposes of my statement], is due process. not numbers.
as an aside, that isnt exactly ‘pathological’ lying.
at any rate, that type of self-deception is extraordinarily common, and necessary. without it, virtually every soldier comin back from downrange would be nuttier than a screw. most of them arent. as a general rule of thumb, telling yourself what you need to in order to feel better, makes you feel better.
as a reformed pathological liar myself, i can say that i never had any problems with guilt, per se, i just felt it wasnt getting me anything.
fuck vee jays eyebrows, and his weight. moral issues are more interesting to discuss than aesthetic issues that arent even issues.

Im with scruffy on this for the most part. Main difference is I DO believe killing someone who has taken a life is morally the right thing to do. Of course, it isnt a black or white issue and there are many variables. As far as the most humane way to off someone? There aint a humane way to kill someone, just a quicker and a slower way. Id prefer the cocktail to a firing squad, cuz like yall were saying, theres a personal aspect to shooting a man with a gun as opposed to hitting a button to inject the drugs.
There isnt an easy answer here.

Yeah, yall were joking about putting it on PPV but I 100% guarantee people would eat that shit alive. Carlin has a bit about it. Give all the convicts a state and close it off. Then feed em nothing but beer and pcp then let em kill each other

Like I said 13 there are many variables. If its a clear cut case I dont think remorse makes a damn bit of difference.Take a life, lose yours. I do acknowledge that many people go unpunished and others unfairly punished. Our world aint perfect, I dont think anyone pretends it is.
I aint tryna argue hear just how I feel

for the record, im a big believer in capital punishment, i just dont wanna see it used as an expedience, or a cost-saver.
save it for the absolute, unquestioned worst of the worst; but once committed to it, dont fuck around, shoot em and be done with it.
also for the record, im a big believer that 13s opinion is completely justified. you dont wanna kill people, you shouldnt have to be made to kill people, even as an accessory.

There are so many corrupt cops, many that have gotten away with beating defenseless homeless people to death, like Scruffy has mentioned (no, seriously, that is actually common in the US of A. Cops beating defenseless and often times innocent homeless people to death is common in this country), that the idea of them feeling guilty about it is the least of my issues when it comes to executions.
My issue with all of this is that I don’t trust our government. Our government has accidentally executed innocent people before. Our government has accidentally locked innocent people up, convinced that they were guilty, just to find out that they were innocent decades later and they release them. Like, how fucked up is that? You get unrightfully locked up upon lazy investigation in your twenties then you get released when you are 50 when they realize that they had fucked up. I hope those people get to sue the state. Those people that lose a huge and important chunk of their lives over our incompetent justice system deserve to live in a huge house for the rest of their lives. Like, how do you start living in society after that? How do job interviews go? That has gotta really suck.
Plus, let’s say Slumerican lets me use his car. I use his car as a murder weapon. Slumerican is automatically an accessory to murder now. He’s innocent because he wouldn’t have let me use his car if he knew I was going to use it to kill, but he still gets locked up with me. That shit has really happened. I don’t trust our justice system.
I guess in reality, just like most people even though they don’t want to admit it, I don’t really give that much of a fuck about this shit because all I’m doing is ranting about it and it’s not like I’m standing up and trying to do something about it. I just don’t want it to happen to me. I mean, I know our government is locking up innocent people and it pisses me off. I’m just here like, “man that really sucks somebody should do something about this! I’m glad it’s not me though, boy I sure hope it doesn’t happen to me”. Which is really sad and kind of pathetic if you think about it. Kinda hurts to admit that about myself.

What really sucks, is that if I was like, “Yeah, let’s do something about it. Let’s start meeting up once a week to talk about fighting back against crooked cops.” IF I said that… IF… I said that, I’d have a van parked outside my house, my computer confiscated, etc. etc. Because that’s the kinda shit we’re working with here, man. That’s the fear that keeps us sitting here just whining when we can’t do anything.
All I know is that WHEN the economy totally collapses… and it will… shit is going down in a very real way.
Maybe. Idk though because I say some pretty fucked up shit over the internet. Maybe they just don’t take me seriously though. Maybe they are like, “nah, it’s just that Lucem guy he won’t do shit, just another one of his tantrums or more shock value bullshit”. But I have indirectly talked about shooting up police stations over the internet multiple times.
You ever hear of Cop Block? That’s basically all they do sort of. I like them because they prove how fucked up our justice system is but I also fear that they spread propaganda to idiots that will take that as an invitation to just start killing cops for no reason. I never really looked into it I just know a chick who obsessively posts their stories over facebook. http://www.copblock.org/
I gotta say it made me really sad to see Violent J strapping on a pair of sweatpants for the major photo shoot he and Shaggy just did for Vice Magazine.Check this pic-
That’s a big sign that he has given up on the whole losing weight/staying in shape thing.
I think Jerry Seinfeld summed up the sweatpants look pretty well in this clip
