If you let yourself think that it’s easy to find examples, but (if you’re basing it off the shit I think you are) all the shit twiztid talks about people tryin to change them and controlling them and not letting them be themselves is about the mainstream music industry trying to always change them and not giving them a chance to be themselves. Twiztid is usually talking about the fact they have the skill to blow 80% of mainstream rappers outta the water but no real label will give them the time of the day cus of their style and lyrical content. I honestly think people want Twiztid to diss ICP sometimes, stir up some drama and keep people entertained. Monoxide said something along those lines in an interview in like ’02 I think too. People just like drama. Twiztid and ICP are homies and they always will be, even with all the recent commotion I don’t have a doubt in my head that they’ll stay down with each other for a long ass/til the end of time

I knew you’d use an AbominationZ song reference for the basis of your thought. Cus I quite briefly entertained that belief as well. But like I said before, I can almost fully guarantee you that isn’t about ICP. Fuck man, ICP is featured on AbominationZ, why would they diss them then feature them y’know? It’s all easy to take the wrong way, it’s an easy assumption to make (esp. these days), but nah, it aint a diss far as I believe.

Well not even specifically that song, I mean all songs Twiztid does that people have done this with. Seems like from Freekshow on people are always accusing Twiztid of Dissing ICP, people wanna act like they know y’know? Cus y’know people look at it like “they didn’t wear face paint before ICP signed them, they didn’t use so much rock noise before ICP signed them, ICP’s on all their albums, Twiztid uses all the same gimmicks and clichés ICP does now, etc.) So they take shit like that and then throw in all of Twiztid’s many many many songs about living in people’s shadows, being controlled, not being able to be themselves, etc. and they’re like “well shit dawg theyre dissin the clowns” when as far as all other evidence (that being literally EVERYTHING besides the things I just mentioned) is concerned, Twiztid and ICP are best fuckin friends. It’s an easy theory to make, but it’s just pissin in the wind man. Those dudes are and always will be tight as fuck.

I’ll give a link that can explain it better…I was actually looking this up last night after a line I heard in a movie “john dies at the end”.
Someone in it says “you ever notice after you hear a word for the first time, you hear it again within twenty four hours”. The same thing applies here. Giving meaning to patterns where there is none. Like when you always seem to look at a clock at a certain time like 2:23 or 11:11. Or when you buy a car and you start seeing that car everywhere on the road.
