I think a ton of people are having issues with TMML pre-order.  I ordered TMDP about 1-2 months before release and got it a week later and I even live in Michigan – Lansing to be exact, which is about 90 mins from Farmington Hills, MI where Psychopathic Records is located at.  With TMML, I did the pre-order on 4/14/15 and on 4/17/15 went to Printed status and that is where it has been staying.  So, you are not the only one that hasnt got their pre-order yet, but I went to Meijer and picked it up until I get my pre-order

The only issue I have is that the cover is not 3D Holographic.

Checking out ICP’s facebook shows that many people are having the same issue. Looks like J-Webb said they got overwhelmed and that all CD’s should be out before the weekend.

From other things I have read, it doesn’t seem to matter when you ordered it. They printed out the orders and then dropped the stack of papers and they all ended up out of order. (I made that last part up) 

Thanks for the info!  I figured that was what happened with them in re: to getting overloaded and not having much staff there.  Heck, Id be willing to work in the warehouse – only live about 90 mins from Psychopathic Records

if they gave a shit about the true fans, the people that pre-ordered, months ago? they would have had the c.d., days ago! no F/N excuse !!!

So what do we “do” about getting fucked over on this “holographic” cover we ain’t seem to be goin’ to be getting?

The only reasoning behind this that *I can think of might have something to do with the distributor change? Maybe RED doesn’t have the capability like the previous one did?

Either way, we deserve to get SOMEthing special seeing as they took it away from us…

Nah….its the people in the warehouse and as well as them saying they got overloaded etc.  Red Distribution is a Sony Music Entertainment company and they have about 60 independent record labels they distribute for etc, so I would have to say that they do have the capability, but just that the guys at the warehouse got slammed maybe, but not sugar slammed, just the regular slammed with pre-orders

I meant the hologram thing. Maybe this new distributor doesn’t have the capability to make holographic covers or whatever?

There HAS to be a reason why they’ve suddenly done an about-face on the whole 3D cover thing to the extent that they’ve changed the wording of the original HG preorder offer.

I preordered mine on 3/28 and sent an email to HG customer service 2 days ago to ask what is going on with the order. I received a shipping confirmation from them late last night and the tracking status just says “Shipping label created”, which means it still hasn’t actually been mailed. Pretty weak. I realize we run the risk of not receiving a preorder right on the release date, but to not even ship it until at least 2 days AFTER the release is bullshit. They should have done what I’ve known other bands to do, which is offer a digital download of the album on release date to those that preordered.
