yeah you can definitely tell j wasn't into it for hell's pit. raspy ass bored voice. he admitted he wasn't into though so i don't hold it against him. i really liked the production though. the tempest, well the spazmatic ad on the fuckin album says it all how much he gave a shit. i didn't fall in love with shangri-la until i started smoking again. first time i listened to it blitzed with headphones was an awesome experience and changed my mind completely on it as well as just growing up. i fully expect icp to make a resurgence without the cushion of twiztid and lotus anymore and can't wait to see what they have coming. i'm looking at it as a good thing. now icp can finally focus on icp again and twiztid can be as creative as they want now.

AJB was the worst album of the original Jokers Card era.  Half the damn album was skits! Not saying there weren't good songs on there, just sayin.

Pretty sure when COC came out, they didn't have a finish planned.  It was a great gimmick though.  Everyone bought into the speculation of what would happen at the end.  No matter what the finish was, it was never gonna live up to expectations.  They built it for 10+yrs.  Continuous hype of this one thing for all that time and it could only be a let down to most people.  And ever since ICP stopped being the same ICP they were during the 90s, everyones been looking for a reason to bitch about it.

Personally, I really liked Shangri-La and about half of Hells Pit.  Real Underground Baby was a terrible terrible end to the Jokers Cards though and there was more lighthearted stuff on there than I would've cared to hear but whatever.

I feel like Twiztid outperformed ICP in the studio from 00-06 or so.  Independents Day was not good but ICP wasn't exactly doing any better at the time.  WICKED was Twiztids best work since Green Book.

I think Twiztid connects more with the juggalos because they interact more.  You can get a response from them at a seminar or on twitter or whatever.  ICP is just "this is what were doing.  buy it because its the greatest shit ever".

What it all comes down to is that ICP is retiring and Twiztid left so that they could take over as ICP after Joe & Joey retire.  There was an internal dispute about which one would get to be Shaggy which is why Madrox lost all that weight.  They're gonna come out at the Gathering or some shit and be like "we're not sorry if we tricked you" and we'll all smile and shake our heads and say "well played fellas.  well played"

17 tracks only three are essentially fillers. The intro and the tracks for Jake & Jack. The skits are in the songs themselves, about 4. Right half the record is skits. Go back and listen to a record before you talk down on it.

the only problem with hells pit was the beats.....when i bought it on the release day i played it from start to finish without skipping or moving to the next track the same way i did with shangri la....but right off the bat, the beat on "walk into the darkness" was god awful....i was reading the lyrics in the book aas J was spitting verses and the lyrics were dope, but its really the beats and production on that album that fall really flat...

with WICKED, "hahahaha" is one of twiztids best videos, 2nd behind "we dont die"...but there was something OFF about their delivery on their verses on that album...it was just a little too monotone. they kicked my ass on H&H by getting more hyped up and it sounded like producing their own beats lit a fire under them and got them back into it...

Abominationz could be a make or break for twiztid, cuz now if the next twiztid isnt as good or better people will just hate...its how it goes with the internet today..im gonna buy the next album and see for myself like i always do. i always can have faith that twiztid will not cheat their listeners who spend money on a cd and deliver a quality album, where as J makes me feel like i got ripped off and should have downloaded it instead of spending 17 bucks at best buy.

i always thought it was funny that J has taking over the "family" term like its ICPs when i remember in 04' during DubGate aka the tom dub fiasco, Twiztid started sayin FAMILY on the greenbook and put out the online EP For The Fam and J was on that message chat talkin about he didnt like them sayin that or something like that, he didnt know why twiztid wasnt sayin JUGGALO...

J has flipped it into a juggalo family thing and that ruined it for most of us OGs....being a juggalo was more ruthless and you loved underground hardcore shit...family juggalos are more about juggalo anthems and being all hippy with it...get your fat sweaty ass away from me, you aint smokin my weed, u aint my family. im here 4 the music cuz im a twiztid serial killin juggalo..

i was pist when my homegirl covered up here hatchetman tattoo in 05' but now i can see why

this twiztid and ICP split is gonna put the spotlight on each of them to deliver good music, twiztid even gave icp a spot on abominationz, the god damn title track and they sounded really bad...twiztid deserves to collab with people like rittz, like hopsin...now they can build relationships in the game without having the ICP stuff follow their name. its just twiztid on their own.;.

You know tom dubb is thinkin about shaving his head again cuz twiztid is gone lol

I don't know what ya'll are listening too but how can you think walk into the darkness is a shitty song?Hells pits is the shit.I only paid 10$ for MDP and it has a shit ton of good songs well worth the price for two cds imo.ICP sounded fine to me on Abominationz but I guess people just love to bitch about every goddamn thing these days.Twiztid deserves to collab with Hopsin?Hopsin has never released a good consistent album yet.He can rap his ass off and has some good songs, but he has yet to deliver a solid album.
