Do I think people are born with sexualities?  Yes, Were all born either male or female, That is how our sex (or sexuality) is determined.

Does that include every sexual preference such as liking certain races and attributes including people who like animals and children?  No, It does not include that.  Sexual preference is determined later in the brains development not at the beginning. 

If no to the second half then where do you draw the line between what one is born with or with out?  There is no line, Theres biological traits built into all of our DNA but for an average human being our minds all start off the same way, Blank.   Its only later on as the brain starts to develop that we start to form an identity which is in direct correlation with our environment.

Its philosophical thinking, and your right, There is no right answer.  Its Fate v. Free will.  Its a debate thats went on forever and its a stalemate, forever.
