you dont have to have proof to drag people into court; you just have to look like you might, possibly, have proof. thats enough to get the lawyers workin.
you only need the actual proof to be victorious in court.

In civil court if I don’t have shit twiztid dont you really only need a preponderance of evidence to win? In layman’s terms that means you just have to be slightly more right then the other person…or at least make it seem that way to a Tort judge…

The only thing that gets me is that he second deck almost has no point. Dont get me wrong it has meaning but not even the countdown to the six is being like spotlighted.
Like the first deck there was an over all message but this one doesnt?
