Ouija was super likeable here.. maybe im biased tho cuz ive been preachin’ similar sentiments.. Hoodoo’s seemed short.. J’s was my least fav.. the video/cypher concept was dope.. i love how they included legz and rudy.. i probably wont really revisit the track tho.. the psyphers always feel like throwaway verses and not punchline-heavy-skill-flaunting like other hip hop cyphers.. maybe my expectations are too high for these types of songs tho.. lyte might’ve had the best verse..

I agree, I thought J did very well. Everyone did. The Ouija guy was, yes, the standout. 

Peeps complained about the Hatchet not bringing in young talent, well, here you go everyone. Lyte and Ouija. May not be everyone’s cup of semen but they are talented nonetheless.

Everyone sounded in their element.

Quija and lyte impressed me here.

Gotta give props to Seven for the beat, shit was crazy. I especially dug how it sounded for Quija. I was one of the people that hated on what I was hearing of his when we found out he was on Psychopathic, but, he came through big time on this track. Will be interested to hear what he does from here on the label. 

And while I did definitely dig J and Shaggy’s verses, there were a few moments where you could clearly tell their verses were edited together parts at a time to make it sound like they are rapping fast. It’s normal for singers/rappers to punch in at certain times when recording rather than being expected to do a whole verse or whatever in one take/breath, but, in this case I think it was done to make them sound like they can keep up with the other guys. That being said they’re still the only act on Psychopathic that I really actually care about, anything I enjoy from the rest of the guys is a bonus to me. 

And yes, definitely cool to see Legs Diamond back in the mix. I’m hoping that means we’ll hear more out of him on the next Joker Card. The magic just isn’t the same without Legs, and with the exit of Young Wicked and his over-use, I’d like to think Legs will help fill that void. And if we get some MEC production, sheeeit, get the fuck outta here. I still say though if they went with some variation of MEC, Seven, Mike P, and Kuma, we’d be in for some gold.
