I agree with the whole family is an illusion thing. Go to the gathering this year and ask yourself how many of those motha fuckas you would give a copy of the key to your crib to. For me the answer is none. What most of us have in common is we feel like we don't belong anywhere. I guess it'd be called a paradox? We are all together because we are all alone if that makes any sense.

shit dude i can't think of any blood family i would give the key to my crib lol, but actually i've been to one gathering and got ditched and managed to make it close to home with some other los that gave me a ride and let me stay with them for a week, they fed me and gave me some clothes cause i was assed out with nothing, and they didn't ask for anything in return, and well still keep in touch, i'm not sayin that's the norm, i'm just sayin that ninjas are family you never met
